What does it consist of?
You start by accompanying the shepherd while he tends his flock and get to know more about the latxa breed. You will be amazed by the sheepdog’s skills, moving the flock on the orders of the shepherd.
You will then learn how to milk a sheep and, if it is the right season, help to shear one.
Finally, you can taste the exquisite cheese produced on the farm.
This experience will allow you to switch off from the stress of city life and enjoy the green landscapes of Biscay, while acknowledging the value of traditional occupations and features.
