The kitchen, led by an Argentine chef with deep Basque and Italian roots, is focused on regional rice and grilled dishes made with local ingredients. At Casa Roble we give our guests a welcoming lounge and a large patio under a majestic oak tree to have an enchanting experience and try our dishes, desserts, and exclusive wines.
Our boutique restaurant is in a building from the 16th century surrounded by a marvellous mountain landscape and txakoli vineyards.
